01 Precise control of temperature
HC10 IPLC can real-time process the feedback of temperature signal and flow signal in the pipeline and output the adjustment instruction. After receiving the instruction, the HD30 regulates the flow by controlling the motor speed, ensuring the heating effect.
02 Regular rotation to ensure enough water flow
One HD30 can control multiple pumps and start them in turn according to the water flow needs. It can regularly rotate the inverter, to ensure that the water flow to meet the requirements, and at the same time, balance the running time of each pump.
03 Automatic debugging of pump
The inverter can automatically debug the fault in the system of pump, and then skip the fault pump to start the next one.
04 Intelligent sleep mode, high efficiency and energy-saving
HD30 has built-in PID control which support a variety of energy-saving sleep mode. The pump would enter into sleep mode if there is no need to supplement water, otherwise, automatically enter into work mode.
When the pressure of circulating water is reduced due to the leakage of the pipeline and valve, the motor speed can be adjusted quickly to ensure the pipeline pressure is kept in a constant range, which not only ensures the normal operation of heating system, but also saves energy.
05 IoT real-time monitoring
The Internet of Things can automatically monitor the temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level and other working parameters of the heat network. It can also set short message reminders of failure, water shortage, and low temperature, and form a complete historical data record for convenient maintenance and management.
