The process of plastic bag production

Film blowing plays an important role in the whole production process where if the speed of material extrusion and film traction is not synchronized, it is likely to lead to uneven film thickness and affect the quality.

Hpmont control system adopts gram mage per square meter inverter which can monitor the real-time production status, and automatically adjust the traction speed according to the rest material in hopper.
